New Clients Now? At What Price?

September momentum is in full swing. New clients are knocking on doors and filling up inboxes.

It’s easy to get swept up in the excitement of fresh revenue and to make big compromises in order to bring them on.

But here’s the truth: not every client is a good client.

💬 In my coaching conversations this month, we’re diving into opportunities—how to identify them, measure them, and determine which ones truly fit your business vision.

I often hear: “But I need to land this client!”

The reality? Unlike the saying “any publicity is good publicity,” not every opportunity is worth your time—or your team’s energy.

One client recently asked me to review a Proposal—something we do regularly inside my CASH Method program. As we walked through it together, it became obvious that the prospect wasn’t a good fit and the quoted price was far too low. Saying yes would have cost her both time and money to deliver.

That’s exactly why the CASH Method includes pricing and proposal reviews as a built-in safeguard—so you can spot misaligned clients early and protect both your profit and your energy.

The lesson? You can’t identify a good client on gut feel alone. But you can put criteria in place to measure their value and suitability—so every “yes” moves you closer to your true business goals instead of draining your resources.

✨ I’m building a brand-new workshop to help you finally answer the question every service-based founder asks:

“What’s my price?”

Here’s what we’ll dig into together:
âś… Determining your true overhead cost (it's not what you think)
âś… Identifying your service value levels
âś… Building your price-increase strategy

This isn’t about guessing or hoping your price feels right. It’s about creating clarity, confidence, and a plan you can actually use.

But before I finalize the workshop… I want your take.

👉 Would you be interested in this?

Just hit reply with a quick “yes,” “maybe,” or “tell me more.”
I’ll make sure you’re the first to know when doors open.

To your clarity, capacity, and cash flow,

P.S. You don’t have to figure out pricing alone. I’m building this workshop with founders like you in mind—and the best time to reset your numbers is before the year-end rush. Hit reply with “yes,” “maybe,” or “tell me more” and I’ll put you on the early list.

Think you made a bad hire?
Think again. Recruiting.Hiring.Training.Retention. Four words that can make even capable business owners feel slightly nauseous. But here’s the thing we don’t say out loud often enough: Hiring problems are rarely people problems. They’re leadership system problems. And if you’ve ever had the joy of offering employment to another human being—congratulations. You’ve stepped into one of the most r...
