What Does Your Success Look Like Now?

This week I’m wrapping up the final coaching conversations of the year. It’s been powerful to look back at the year’s accumulated achievements with each client — the progress that was planned and achieved, the wild challenges they faced head-on and solved, and the surprises that turned into real successes.

I’m genuinely proud of the work we accomplished together.


What success looked like this year

This year, my clients:

  • Paid themselves quarterly bonuses — on top of their regular salaries.

  • Built pricing strategies that fit their business, their capacity, and their clients — not someone else’s template.

  • Purchased new equipment with cash from their tech bank accounts — no scrambling, no debt, no “we’ll figure it out later.”

  • Used technology wisely, freeing up capacity so work stayed at work and personal time stayed personal.

  • Gained confidence that their business will fund their future — including the retirement lifestyle they once only imagined.

This is what running a business actually looks like.
Showing up. Pressing the opportunity buttons.
