Last year, you had at least one real aha moment.

But we both know it wasn’t the moment itself that did the heavy lifting. It was everything that came before it—the small steps, the half-decisions, the things you tried even when they felt awkward or unfinished. That’s where the real progress came from.
As we head into 2026, I’m imagining what comes next.
The changes. The challenges. The next few checkmarks on the list.
With our first session coming up, let’s focus on choosing one direction to explore. One task that still gets a scrunchy face… and see if we can turn it into a simple “oh, that’s done now.”
