There’s less circling and more choosing.
The work hasn’t changed. The standards haven’t dropped.
What’s changed is how much energy it takes to move.
That’s not luck. That’s practice paying off.
If things feel more manageable right now — fewer scrunchy-face moments, fewer second passes — let yourself register that. It counts.
