What Did Your Win This Week?
Oct 17, 2025
Do you notice how quickly we skip past our wins?
We race from task to task, rarely pausing to acknowledge what’s actually working.
But here’s the truth: progress compounds when you notice it.
This month, we’ve been exploring implementation rhythms—how to stop collecting strategies and start embedding them as sustainable habits.
One rhythm fuels them all: celebrating your wins.
Client Story: Progress Worth Noticing
Each quarter, my clients and I review their progress—celebrating the actions taken and the barriers broken down.
It’s one of my favourite coaching moments. The lightbulb goes on as they realize how far they’ve come:
-
The systems they built are now running smoothly.
-
The boundaries they set months ago are protecting their time.
-
The “hard conversations” they once dreaded now happen with calm confidence.
Those wins don’t happen by accident—they’re the result of consistent leadership habits.
My Story: Wins in Motion
This week, I practiced that same rhythm myself.
Here are a few of my own wins:
-
Made cranberry sauce from scratch (added blueberries—it was delicious!)
-
Connected with a potential client and booked an in-person meeting
-
Filled every Complimentary Breakthrough Coaching session slot
-
Ran 5.5 km with my dogs in harness this morning
Small or big, these moments remind me that progress is always happening—even when the to-do list still feels long.
Noticing wins shifts your mindset from “still so much to do” to “look how much I’ve already done.”
And that change in energy fuels what comes next.
Leadership Lesson: Momentum Is a Muscle
When you make celebrating wins a habit, momentum builds naturally.
It’s not indulgence—it’s maintenance.
Recognizing progress reinforces confidence, encourages consistency, and reminds you that growth doesn’t come from intensity—it comes from rhythm.
Celebrate your wins, and you’ll start to see more of them.
CASH Method Connection: H — Habits
This is H – Habits in the 💥CASH💥 Method.
Habits protect your time and decision-making energy so you can focus on high-impact work.
Acknowledging wins is one of the simplest yet most powerful habits of leadership—it keeps you grounded, focused, and forward-moving.
Take This With You
Before the week slips away, pause and ask yourself:
What did I win this week?
It might be a decision made, a boundary held, or simply staying steady when things got busy.
Noticing and celebrating that progress is how leadership confidence grows—and how business momentum is built.
If you’re ready to turn those wins into a steady rhythm of Action and Habits, schedule an Exploratory Coaching Call to discover your next level of growth.
