This week, I’m wrapping up the final coaching conversations of the year.

And I’ll tell you something quietly powerful:
looking back with clients at the year’s accumulated progress hits differently than talking about goals in January.

We looked at what was planned—and actually achieved.

I’m genuinely proud of the work we did together. Not because it was flashy. But because it held.
